The following prisoners have been sentenced:
To be transported for life-
Thomas WILLIAMS for housebreaking
To be transported for fourteen years-
Thos KELLY, for stealing a watch
Catherine RICE for stealing fifteen handkerchiefs
Joseph JOHNSON for robbery
Robert SMITH, Peter WINSTANLEY and John GOODWIN, for an assault with intent to rob.
William FALKNER for stealing caps and other articles
To be transported for seven years
John CROUCHER for housebreaking
BRASSEY, John JONES and William THOMPSON for stealing a time piece and other property
To be imprisoned twelve months -
Peter HUSON and John HOWARD for stealing two pair of pantaloons and other property
In Lancaster, Peter JOHNSON for stealing a watch, hard labour
John CRAWFORD for stealing manure
Catherine GREGSON, Charlotte HUNT and Bridget MALONE for stealing a watch
To be imprisoned six months
Robert BEATTIE for stealing 100lb of oranges
To be imprisoned four months
Margaret MORRIS for stealing two blankets
Ann HALL for stealing two half crowns and other property- hard labour
David BIRTLEY for stealing manure
John KIRKHAM for robbery
