Notice to Creditors
By Order of the Court for the relief of insolvent Debtors, Benjamin DUTTON late of Old Hall street Liverpool Butcher and now a prisoner in the Borough Gaol of the same, will be examined before His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for the said Borough, assembled at their adjourned sessions of the peace, at the Town Hall, on the 21st day of February next, for the purpose of determining whether the said Benjamin DUTTON is entitled to the benefit of the act for the relief of Insolvent Debtors and all Creditors of the said Benjamin DUTTON are required to attend accordingly, if they shall think fit
