On Friday the 15th at Hanau Germany, Mrs Catherine WALTHER, relict of the late PC WALTHER Esq, formerly of this town

On Monday the 18th at Pen y Bont near Bolo, John JONES Esq of Cwm in the county of Merioneth aged 83

On Sunday the 24th at Alderley George KEAY aged 27 second son of Thomas KEAY Oakley Staffordshire

On Monday the 4th at Wigan, aged 15, Jane second daughter of Henry GASKELL Esq, solicitor

Same day at Sellow in Ulpha Cumberland Mary ANGEWORTH widow, She was interred at Ulpha chapel on the 6th, and according to the inscription on her coffin, her age would be 99 though from some ancient documents it would appear to have been 103

Same day at Norwich aged 96, Mr Richard TAYLOR, the father of Mrs F B WRIGHT of this town

On Tuesday the 5th Sir Charles GUISECKE professor of Minerology to the Royal Dublin Society. He was taken ill after dinner at the house of a friend in Rutland Square and died there, not withstanding prompt medical aid ws procured at the instant

Same day after a short illness, aged 83, Mr Thomas NODIN, much esteemed and regretted by a large circle of relatives and friends

Same day at Newton-upon-Ayr, James GUTHRIE seaman, aged 65: he was always distinguished as a brave and expert sailor, and had the nonour to steer Admiral Freemantle's ship the Neptune of 98 guns, during the Battle of Trafalgar

Same day Richard STANIER Esq, of Uppington nr Shrewsbury. This gentleman was at Pool Montgomeryshire and accidentally fell into the River Severn. His death is deeply lamented by his relatives and circle of friends and neighbours

On Sunday the 10th, at Manchester, aged 57 Mr John STEWART who had for twenty six years driven the Cornwallis coach between that town and Wakefield. And on Wednesday at Wakefield aged 52, Mr John LEACH who had driven the same coach for twenty one years. They were both much respected
