The following is a summary of the trials up to Wednesday evening

Samuel LOMAX aged 21 charged with having broken into the house of Mr P HORROCKS, at Aughton, and stealing therefrom sundry articles of wearing apparel-sentenced to six months imprisonment

James OAKS 23, for stealing out of the house of Jas SMITH, at Tyldesley, a considerable amount of money, his property, -six months

Mary BYROM 20, for stealing at Ashton, an apron, the property of Edward SEGAR-two months

Ellen GOLLOGHER 15, for stealing, at Prescott, a gown, the property of John BENSON -two months

William HUGHES 14, John CLARKE 27, for stealing at West Derby eleven books, the property of Augustus RATCLIFFE . The latter prisoner who had been before convicted, was sentenced to twelve months imprisonment, and the former six months

William ELLIOT 15 for stealing at Knowsley several fowls, the property of Thomas WALKER -three months imprisonment and whipped

John CLARE 19, for stealing at Warrington, a wooden stool, the property of Samuel ELLISON-four months

Matthew SIDES 20, for stealing at Prescott, a quantity of iron, the property of John YATES,--and at Knowlsey a quantity of bones, the property of Thomas WALKER-Transported for fourteen years

Edward PRITCHARD 24, for stealing at Liverpool several articles, the property of Thomas FIRKIN-six months

William READ 22, for stealing at Liverpool, several articles the property of Bartholemew DALY-twelve months

James ROACH 15, for stealing at Liverpool, a quantity of bristles, the property of William THOMPSON -seven years

Thomas CARTER 30, for stealing at Liverpool, a quantity of bristles, the property of John HODGKINS -six months

Jane ROSS 28, for stealing at Liverpool, two spoons, the property of James NORRIS-three months

Ann JONES 15, for stealing at Liverpool, ten shillings, the property of Elizabeth DALLY-seven years

William ASHTON 42, and David DICKINSON 34, for stealing at Lawton a quantity of potatoes, the property of Thomas PETERS -three months

James GORMAN 33, for stealing at Liverpool 3lbs of copper, the property of Joseph PARRY-one month

Mary HINDE 36, for stealing at Liverpool, a quantity of canvas, the property of Duncan GIBB-four months

John CAMPBELL 14, for stealing at Toxteth park, a bag and a quantity of money, the property of Willaim POPE-three months and to be whipped

Thomas LOWE 28, James UNSWORTH for stealing, at Ince-in-Makerfield, a cock property of H B HORTON: and Thomas LOWE was further charged with stealng a game cock, the property of the Earl of Derby-six months, and Unsworth--three months

John DONOHOUGH 32, for stealing at Liverpool, a quantity of copper nails, the property of Thomas PENN--one month

Mary Ann JORDAN 23, for stealing at Liverpool a number of articles, the property of John MARTIN--six months

James McKINSEY 24 for stealing at Litherland, a prayer book and a piece of brass, the property of Churchwardens of Seaforth church--twelve months in Lancaster Castle

John OVENS 17 and William BELL 14, for stealing at Toxteth park several articles, the property of Henry PHILLIPS and George WILDE--seven years

Henry TUDOR 20, for stealing at Liverpool, 2 lbs of copper nails the property of Thomas PATRICK--One month

James GAMBLE 40, for stealing at Liverpool a quantity of twine, the property of John FISHER--One month

James O'NEAL for stealing at Liverpool, a sum of money from one of the vessels in the docks: the fourth time of being convicted of felony--Seven years

John MUMFORD 34, and John FARRELL 32, charged with stealing at Wavetree, four pigs the property of Thomas JACKSON, -the former prisoner twelve, the latter six months

Joshua WIGLEY 26, for stealing at Warrington, a top coat, the property of James DITCHFIELD -seven years

Joseph SHAW 29, for stealing at Wavertree, 16 fowls, the property of John ACTON-six months

Ellen WINSTANLEY 42, for stealing at Orrell a tub, the property of John JOHNSON-three months

Henry WELSBY 16, and Isaac BANCROFT 17, for stealing at Warrington a pig's head, the property of Edward GARNETT-one month

James McKENNEY 19, for stealing at Great Sankey a pick, the property of Peter BOARDMAN -fourteen days

James PIERPOINT 18, and James MANN 31, for stealing at Sutton, several fowls the property of James WHITFIELD, -the former seven years, the latter six months

Daniel RITSON 18, for stealing at Everton, several articles, the property of George ASHBY-seven years

Elizabeth BERRY 36 for stealing at Billinge 100 lbs of potatoes, the property of Thomas TUSKER sen. -fourteen days

Charles HATTON 27, for stealing, at Wavetree, sundry articles, the property of Henry PYE. It appeared that the prisoner entered the house of the prosecutor through the pantry window early in the morning of 26th February last, and was making his escape by the same way when he was observed by the prosecutors son-in-law, and taken into custody. When taken, several articles mentioned in the indictment were found on him-twelve months in Lancaster

William JACKSON 37, for putting four forged warrants or orders for the payment of 20s each, with an intent to defraud Samuel STANIFORTH Esq, and with knowing them to be forged-transported for fourteen years

James GEE 36, John FOSTER 19, for stealing at Hardshaw-within-Windle, a sum of money, the property of John HILL-the former transported for seven years, and the latter three months imprisonment

Catherine JOHNSON 35, for stealing at Parr, 20 lbs of coal, the property of James ORRELL Esq-one month

Elizabeth BONSILL alias BROWN 17, for stealing at Manchester sundry articles of apparel, the property of William ASHCROFT-one month

George GREEN 21, for stealing at Warrington, two boxes of pin heads and shanks, the property of James EDLESTON and James PRICE-six months

John MARPLES 20, for stealing at Warrington several articles, the property of Peter GOULDEN-six months

John O'CONNOR, 48, for uttering, knowing it to be forged an order for the payment of money with an intent to defraud Samuel STANIFORTH Esq-One year at Lancaster Castle

Thomas FARRALL 47, for stealing at Warrington, a pair of shoes the property of Henry COOK-One month

George SMITH 22, William MORRIS 40, for stealing at Knowsley, several fowls, the property of the Right Hon. Lord Stanley-six months
