A few days ago, in St Martin’s-in-the fields, London, the celebrated Thomas LUGHER, better know by the name of Old Tommy in the 114th year of his age

On Saturday the 14th inst. After a few hours of illness Mr Thomas FORMBY boatman

 

On Sunday the 15th inst. At Penrith, Mr William SOWERBY, father of Mr Thomas SOWERBY, Richmond-street

 

Same day at Knutsford, suddenly as he was on his way to Congleton, Mr David STUBBS of Warrington

 

On Thursday last, aged 48, Thomas ASPINALL Esq. Rodney-street

 

On Saturday last, at an advanced age, Mr George COLEBURN butcher

 

On Tuesday last at Gateacre, Mr James Charles FAIRCLOUGH, of this town, in the 31st year of his age

 

Same day, aged 24, Mrs BOWNESS wife of Mr BOWNESS Cornwallis street

 

On Wednesday last, age 21, Miss MOLENEUX, eldest daughter of Mr Hugh MOLENEUX merchant of this town

 

Same day at Dovecott house, near Liverpool, the Rev. T HILL, the classical and resident tutor in the Old College, Homerton near London. He was a man of highly cultivated mind, amiable manners and fervent piety. By an extensive circle of friends and the venerable institution over which he presided, his loss will be most deeply and deservedly deplored
