Same day at Christ Church, Mr James ALLWOOD, to Mary, daughter of Mr William DAVIES, Church-street

 

On Tuesday last, at St Philip’s Church, Mr Thos. HENDRICK, His Majesty’s Customs of this port, to Elizabeth , only daughter of the late Mr Adam ARMSTRONG of this town

 

DIED

 

On Friday the 21st ult., at Whaitber, near Burton-in-Lonsdale, after a long and painful illness which he bore with Christian fortitude and patient resignation, Mr James BROWN, leaving a bereaved partner, a large family and a numerous circle of friends to regret his almost irreparable loss

On Monday the 31st ult. At his lodgings in Cambridge, after a few days illness, at an advanced age, Sir Corbet CORBET Bart. Of Adderley-hall in Shropshire, and M.A. of Trinity. As he dies without issue the title is extinct

 

On Sunday last, in a fit of apoplexy BARLOW, aged 26, wife of Mr Matthew BARLOW of Manchester. Awful to relate, she and her infant were of the number of those unfortunate persons on board the Alert when it was struck on the West Mouse and sunk into the dep seas

, Mr Richard WALKER engraver, Temple-street aged 62

 

On Monday last, aged 42, Mrs HANLEY, wife of Captain John HANLEY, and eldest daughter of the late Mr R McMILLAN of this town
